For this week's Big Maths we are problem solving at the sweet shop.  You might like to make paper versions of the sweets in the question to help you to work out the answers. Alternatively, you could use different coloured counters, Lego bricks or building blocks as the different types of sweets. Remember that we are looking for ALL of the combinations and therefore need to find a systematic way of recording these.

Challenge 1: Can you add another question for someone at home to try?

Today's questions are all things square!  

Take a look at both sheets - fluency and reasoning/problem solving.

Your priority today is to finish your Moon Theme Park leaflet.  If this is finished, and you have time left, you can have a go at the semi-colons activity listed below but this does not have to be completed.
