Staying active at home is incredibly important but it can be difficult to stay motivated without a goal or something to aim for.  For that reason, we are excited to present the #2021  Fitness Challenge!  

Can you complete 20 days of exercise for at least 21 minutes - #2021.

You get to choose how you are active - mix things up!  If you come up with any really interesting and fun ways to exercise then why not upload a photo - we will put together a year 5 PowerPoint to celebrate the best examples!

All you need to do is record how many minutes you do during each day and then share your efforts on the website by January 31st.
